F is for February, and F is for finally committing to a training plan

Well, it had to be done. Too much time working on music related projects, excuses to stay home, and also because, well I know starting over is going to be hard.

Provided I keep my heart rate reasonably low, I should be OK to commit to the following plan.

Monday 1pm Swim
Tuesday 8AM Bike indoor easy
Wednesday 8AM 5km Walk
Thursday 1pm Swim
Friday a.m. Bike outdoors if possible, otherwise trainer ride

Saturday rest day
Sunday Reserved for a #DANDF ride.

Got to start somewhere.
